Delivery Method: All orders are shipped exclusively through AKIS Express and can be collected from any AKIS Express station across Cyprus or we can send it at your HOME/WORK.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and cost may vary based on location and courier workload.

Payment Method: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at the AKIS Express station upon order pickup. Customers can pay in cash or by credit/debit card at the station.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, allowing you to track your shipment through the AKIS Express tracking system.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
