Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of the warranty, if applicable, will be included with the product information.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We are always open to suggestions. Please feel free to contact us with your product requests, and we will consider adding them to our inventory.

Orders

We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date. If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page. If you ordered a product that was indicated as in stock and we do not have it we will let you know immediately.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits like faster checkout, order history tracking, and exclusive offers and discounts to crabcy members.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will then process your order and ship it the next working day via AKIS Express. You will receive a SMS on your provided telephone number once your order is shipped and when is ready for pick up.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 99320556 or by livechat widget. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to make changes.

Browse our product categories, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you'll provide your contact information, preferred Akis Express station and confirm your order. We'll then prepare your order for shipping.

Payments

Yes, Cash on Delivery is a common and secure payment method in Cyprus. You only pay when you receive your order.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our available payment method. You will pay for your order when you pick it up at your chosen AKIS Express location.

We do not charge any additional fees for Cash On Delivery. We offer FREE SHIPPING.

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery. You can pay with a credit or debit card at AKIS Express station when receiving your order.

Shipping

We ship all orders the next working day via AKIS Express to locations all over Cyprus (excluding the occupied Turkish areas).

Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days with AKIS Express. You will receive a SMS when the order is shipped and another one SMS when the order is ready to pick it up.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all products.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with Akis Express.

General

We offer a 2-week free return policy on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. The product must be on a condition like NEW to offer you full refund.
